This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you install and use the AR Whatsapp Marketing & Chat application integrated with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

Important Note on Data Usage: We never sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data to third parties. We do not use the content of your WhatsApp messages for advertisement targeting, profiling, or monetization.

Message Logs & Content: In compliance with Meta’s data protection guidelines, detailed WhatsApp message content and temporary logs are stored for a maximum of 30 days to guarantee stable delivery and debugging, after which they are automatically purged or anonymized.

Merchant Configuration Data: Maintained as long as the application remains installed on your Shopify store.

Shopify Mandatory Webhooks: We fully support Shopify’s GDPR mandatory webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). If a merchant uninstalls the app or a customer requests deletion, their personal data is fully and permanently purged from our databases within 48 hours.
